Fiddlesticks offers Free Shipping, within
the
Continental 48 states on All Orders Over $100.00
(One shipment to one address)
NOTE: Discounted Items do not apply
toward "free shipping" total
Preorders and Backordered Items
Preorders and your way of assuring that you
will receive the product when it arrives
at Fiddlesticks. When you "order", we
will enter your order into our
2008 Reservation System and
reserve incoming items for you and ship them
when they become available. Your credit
card is not charged until shipment is made.
Backordered items will not be available to
ship
until they arrive, therefore all items on that
order will be held for you and shipped when the backorder
item arrives. If you request separate shipments on your order,
additional shipping charge will be incurred.
Shipping Information
Shipping is charged by weight of the box
and as close to "actual" shipping charges as possible.
We do not have a handling fee.
Shipping is as follows:
Lighter weight boxes (generally 2 pounds and under) -
US Mail Priority (with a 2-3 day delivery) $5.00 - $10.00.
Heavier weight boxes (over 2 pounds) -
UPS Ground (5-7 day delivery) $7.50 - $12.50.
The minimum shipping charge will be
$5.00 and the maximum shipping charge
will be $12.50. (Does not apply to Discounted items)
The exceptions are catalogues and
very small items which will be shipped
First Class or Media Mail if possible.
Minimum shipping on these items is $2.50.
Return Policy
Our Return Policy is 10 days
from the day you Include a copy of
your invoice and return by insured A 15% Restocking Fee may be charged on all returned orders. Please do not destroy
packages when opening. If your order was shipped
